Intuitive eating is built on the truth that we’re all born knowing how to eat. I know you might not feel like this is true now. It’s common that as we grow up, we lose touch with our innate wisdom about how to eat, but you can get it back! This is a journey of reconnecting with things you ALREADY KNOW.

Why do we all feel guilty about eating?! We’re influenced by the culture we live in - toxic diet culture, if you grew up anywhere like I did! We subconsciously learn rules about food. We’re taught to fear it, and see our bodies as flawed. We start to mistrust our bodies and we ignore or override our internal cues.

There is nothing healthy about obsessing over food and hating your body...
I believe that health includes having a healthy relationship with food and body. All bodies deserve dignity, respect, care and nourishment. I reject the idea that health comes in a ‘size’ or a certain way of eating. You do not need to buy into diet culture’s messages about what health looks like.

You already have all the wisdom you need to be the expert of your body.

The Body Wisdom Programme

A 12-week programme including twelve 1-1 counselling sessions with me, access to a unique online course to guide you through the process, and coming soon; membership to the Body Wisdom Collective online community.

We’ll have weekly counselling sessions via Zoom. The sessions will be 60-90 minutes. We’ll work together to find a regular time slot that works for you.

You’ll receive unique and personalised session notes and reflection questions from me after each counselling call.
The notes will include what was discussed in each session to help you reflect in your own time.

You’ll be able to contact me in between sessions with questions, reflections or updates.

Once you have joined the programme, you’ll be granted lifetime access to the online course, accessed via this website.
The course includes videos, quizzes, diagrams and easy-to-read texts and articles to guide you back to your inner intuitive eater.
The content will help you reflect on your relationship with food and body, teach you some surprising science about your body and nutrition and guide you through some tasks and experiments that facilitate experiential learning, so you can feel things in your own body.
The course means we don’t need to spend our calls delivering information, so we can focus on you and your personal journey and reflections.

This is a complete paradigm shift.
What you’ll be learning here is probably different to anything else you’ve ever been told or taught about food, and possibly health in general.
This might mean questioning things that you have always assumed are facts.
The process also involves embodied learning experiences. You may be given mini tasks and experiments to complete at home so you can experience things in your own body.
This can take time, but the journey back to your inner intuitive eater gives you lifelong freedom!

Once you’ve completed the 12-week Body Wisdom Programme, if you’d like to continue working together, you can sign up for single or blocks of counselling sessions.
You’ll keep your lifetime access to the course.

When you sign up for the 12-week Body Wisdom Programme, you’ll get the 12 counselling sessions for £780 and the online course for FREE.
That’s just £65 per week for everything - the counselling sessions, weekly notes and reflections and the online course.
When it’s ready, you’ll also get access to the online community and the Intuitive Movement sessions.

If we agree the programme is a good fit for you, and you decide to proceed, I’ll send you an invoice via email.

The sessions are designed to get you back in touch with your body, and to help you disconnect movement from changing your body.
There are SO many reasons to move that have nothing to do with changing your body!
