Today’s young people are growing up in a world full of confusing and conflicting messages about food, health, and appearance. Many are already struggling with body image and their relationship with eating.
My school workshops offer a supportive, age-appropriate space for students to:
Explore body image with compassion and curiosity
Learn the basics of intuitive eating and learn to trust in their bodies’ cues and signals
Let go of self-consciousness and discover the joy of moving for fun, not appearance
Build media literacy and resilience against diet culture and beauty ideals
