What to expect…


Books about…

Intuitive Eating, intuitive movement, body image, self-trust, self-compassion, and making peace with food and body — including gently questioning the ‘rules’ we absorb from society about food, bodies, health, relationships and more.


There’s no rush

We’ll usually explore one book every couple of months (depending on the length of the book). You’ll need to purchase your own copy of the books. Most of the books we’ll cover will be available as audiobooks too, if you prefer to listen.


Real-life stories and insights

Expect thoughtful conversation and honest discussion about how what you read about actually shows up in real life — not just in theory.


Experienced facilitators

You’ll receive insight from Robyn as an Intuitive Eating counsellor and Joyful Movement facilitator, and Lucy, who brings her own lived experience of breaking free from addictive patterns and healing her relationship with food, body and movement through learning to listen to her inner wisdom.

Meet Your Facilitators

Lucy

Lucy lives and breathes freedom. She inspires through her art and soulful conversations, and guides others in shedding addictive patterns, fuelled by her own lived journey to a life filled with lightness. She walks her own path to wellness and fitness through Intuitive Eating and Intuitive Movement, listening to her inner wisdom about what her body wants and needs.

Robyn

Robyn’s work centres on helping people reconnect with their bodies and the innate wisdom they already have. In a world full of diet plans, trends, and conflicting “health” advice, she supports others in building a peaceful, trusting relationship with food and their bodies, and encourages questioning the beliefs we’ve absorbed about how we should eat, move, and live.

We’re both passionate about food freedom, body respect, and learning to listen inward about how to eat, move and live in a way that feels freeing, authentic and aligned. Our aim is to support a lasting mindset shift around food and your incredible body, beginning from within.

But the real beauty of this Book Club and community is that we can come together to support each other.
