This is a morning movement party for people who love good music, good coffee and good vibes.

We’ll start with a Joyful Movement Warm-Up to get you in the mood! We’ll shake it out, get a bit silly and connect with each other.

Then expect uplifting tunes, a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, plenty of dancing and the chance to connect with lovely humans in a fun, feel-good space.

Whether you're a seasoned dancer, a kitchen disco enthusiast or someone who just wants to move their body and have a laugh, you're welcome here.

We'll be serving great coffee, creating a joyful atmosphere and transforming an ordinary morning into a little celebration.

Come solo or bring your friends. Dance and move as much or as little as you like. Wear whatever feels good. There’s no posing here!
