freedom and confidence don’t come from your body
peace, joy, connection and happiness are not dependent on how your body looks
Get ‘unstuck’ with how you feel about your body
As an Intuitive Eating Counsellor, I see so often that people begin healing their relationship with food...
They start loosening food rules.
They begin trusting themselves more around eating.
They rediscover joy, freedom and permission around food.
But...
They still feel stuck with their body.
There’s this bit that doesn’t shift in the same way…
“Yeah, but I still don’t like my body.”
“Yeah, but I still want to change how I look.”
“Yeah, but I still want to lose weight.”
Let go of the fear of ‘letting go’!
Or maybe you’re scared to begin an Intuitive Eating journey and loosen the food rules because....
“What if my body changes?!”
“What if I gain weight?!”
“What if I lose control?!”
This group programme is for that part of the journey.
Specifically focussed on Body Image.
What to expect…
An intimate 6-week group programme
The Body Image Boot Camp is an intimate 6-week group programme designed to support you in exploring a kinder, more peaceful relationship with your body.
Together, we’ll gently question the beliefs we’ve absorbed about bodies, appearance, worth and health — and explore what becomes possible when we stop treating our body as a problem to solve.
It’s not about…
❌ weight loss
❌ “fixing” your body
❌ forcing yourself into body positivity
❌ toxic positivity or fake affirmations
Instead, it’s about…
understanding body image on a deeper level
reconnecting with self-trust and compassion
seeing through diet culture and fatphobia
exploring freedom beyond body obsession
feeling less alone in your experience
We’ll Explore
The science around weight and health
Diet culture, fatphobia and social conditioning
Why body image feels so deeply personal and “true”
Thoughts, feelings, and where our experience actually comes from
Why so many people stay stuck in body shame
The possibility that peace, confidence and freedom don’t actually depend on changing your body
This is deep, compassionate, honest work — explored together in a safe and supportive space.
What’s Included?
Weekly Live Group Calls
Live Zoom sessions with me and the group each week (around 90 minutes).
Each call includes:
Teaching/content from me
Reflection and discussion
Questions, sharing and live support/counselling
Space to listen quietly if that feels right for you
There is absolutely no pressure to speak on the calls if you don't want to.
You are always welcome to simply come along, listen, reflect and take what you need.
Resources & Reflections
Each week you’ll receive gentle resources, worksheets, reflection prompts and small experiments to support your exploration between calls.
There is no compulsory homework and no pressure to do everything perfectly.
This is about curiosity and self-compassion — not 'doing it right'.
Community Support Between Calls
You’ll also have access to a private group space on the Heartbeat app where you can:
connect with the group
share reflections
ask questions
receive support between sessions
One of the most powerful parts of group work is realising you are not alone.
Shame keeps us isolated.
Healing often happens in spaces where we feel seen and understood.
Recordings Included
All calls will be recorded, so if you can’t make every session live, you’ll still have access to everything afterwards.
You can move through the programme in a way that works for you.
You'll keep access to the recordings and the private group space after the 6 weeks has finished.
Why this work matters to me…
Seeing Something Different
As part of my training as an Intuitive Eating Counsellor, I spent a significant amount of time learning about body image and supporting people in healing their relationship with their bodies.
Body image work is such an important part of Intuitive Eating, because it can be incredibly difficult to fully experience freedom around food whilst still feeling at war with yourself.
So often underneath food struggles is the fear:
“I need to control my body.”
My work is about helping people explore a different possibility.
A gentler, more compassionate, weight-neutral way of relating to food, movement, body and yourself in general.

6 Weeks
Tuesday 2nd June – Tuesday 7th July
Time: Tuesdays at 6:30pm UK time
Location: Online via Zoom
Length: Calls will be around 90 minutes each week
Investment: £250 for the full 6-week programme

The session on Tuesday 30th June will move to Thursday 2nd July because I’ll be away dancing that week! 💃
This will be a small and intimate group of up to 8 people.
