Free Joyful Movement in Sefton Park, Liverpool.

The sessions are suitable for everyone, no experience needed! Bring whoever you think would like it - the more, the merrier! 

Useful Details:

The meeting time is 11am. 

The meeting point for all the Park Joyful Movement sessions is the Eros Fountain in Sefton Park, just by the Oasis in the Park Cafe - L17 1AP

Please bring a mat or a towel / something to put down on the grass to sit on. 

All the Park Movement sessions are on a completely voluntary donation basis. Pay what you want (maximum of £5), or pay nothing at all! 

A donation is NOT expected - no pressure at all! 

If you want to donate, you can do this using cash or your phone on the day.

The aim is to spread the word about the wonders of Joyful Movement and to bring people together to connect and do something fun.
