So… what is Joyful Movement?
Joyful Movement is a chance to get out of your head and into your body, and move in a way that feels good for you.
It’s NOT about fitness, calorie burning, or changing your body.
It’s about movement for FUN. For JOY. For connection.
It’s designed to help you let go, shake off your tension, and feel more at home in your body.
If you’ve been to one of my Joyful Movement sessions at an event or festival… it’s that vibe — just online.
And the best part? You can be as silly as you want when you’re in the comfort of your own home!
What to expect
Around 40 mins of total fun and playfulness
Movements to increase body awareness, coordination and balance
No pressure - if it doesn’t work, we laugh about it
Everything is an invitation (always) - with full freedom to adapt things to what feels good for your body
Lots of giggling (and some jiggling)
EveryBODY is welcome
